This was our second time staying here, and once again…it was amazing! The location is perfect, especially for those who want to be away from the more crowded areas of the beach. The condo is very spacious and clean and the view is incredible. This time around we were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cocoa Beach.

This condo is everything one could ask for :-Responsive owners who are a dream to work with-beautiful, beachfront location-quiet building that is well maintained-vibrant neighborhood-did I mention beachfront?This is our second stay here. Morning Coffee while watching the sunrise on the balcony was everyday ritual. There are at least 10 great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Publix is a mile away... We watched 3 rocket launches right from the balcony!The condo itself is nicely appointed. Beds are very comfy. They have recently added a Brand new washer and dryer. There is plenty of parking, and the residents in the building are very friendly. If you are looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway, Gray's Escape is for you.
