30a Beach Properties presents the Providence Carriage in Rosemary Beach. This newly renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath offers a view of the gulf from the balcony and bedroom. This lovely carriage features new bathrooms, new kitchen and updated bedding. This 3rd row carriage from the gulf is close to the Western Green and Pearl Hotel.
We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers
All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

Upper Level: New King Master Suite with new bathroom & shower (semi-private loft)

Excellent location. In the heart of everything. Loved the unit - cute, comfy, lots of amenities, etc. Perfect for the 4 of us even with two be adult children. A couple of things to know - this unit shares a gaffe with another unit and the garage is underneath this unit. We did not realize this so when we heard a loud grinding. Noise it took us a second to realize it was the garage door opening. Also, one day, the other tenets took all the beach chairs. Lastly, the cooking pans in the unit were in pretty bad shape with the Teflon peeling off.

We has such a great time in Rosemary this past week. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. The condo comes full stocked with everything you need and is extremely organized. Labels on everything from dinnerware to wine glasses! It was also a nice surprise that the unit had games for the kiddos and a high chair. Communication from Tom was seamless and couldn't asked for a better stay!
