Welcome to Evette Jolie By the Sea!
The renovated condo is located steps away from Rosemary and Alys beaches. You couldn’t be closer to the gulf! The first thing you see is the turquoise blue waters. You see the water from the master, the living room and the remodeled kitchen. Our 1rst floor condo is directly facing the gulf. Remodeled bathrooms with beautiful marble counters await you. Spectacular panoramas! Enjoy a private covered patio. Sit back , listen to the waves and enjoy unobstructed views of the gulf. We are steps away from the beach, pool and Crabby Steve’s bar and grill (open seasonally). Included in your rental will be 2 beach chairs and an umbrella between March 1 and October 31. We also provide 2 bikes with signed waiver between March and October. NEW UPDATES AS OF SEPTEMBER 2024: 3 Brand new mattresses, new refrigerator, new a/c compressor, new dining room set.
High Pointe is a private gated, guarded community located next to Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest beaches on the south side of scenic 30A. Rosemary Beach’s main square with lovely restaurants, shops and parks is only steps away ad is Alys Beach’s cluster of restaurants and shops. Peddler’s Pavillion is directly across 30a with nightly live music seasonly.
High Pointe Resort access is secured by RFID wristbands. High Pointe showcases a huge 6500 square foot lagoon pool, a hot tub and a children’s pool. High Pointe has a beautiful PRIVATE beach, one tennis court and 4 PICKLEBALL COURTS!!! There are shuffle board courts, BBQ grills, a playground and an on site bike kiosk located throughout the property. Crabby Steve’s Grill and Bar (open March-October) is a popular spot located near the pool with fabulous gulf and sunset views. It’s a great place to grab a bite without leaving the resort. On property beach access with a ramp for strollers and wagons. The 30A bike path runs right out front and meanders the entire 18 miles of 30A.
The kitchen is stocked with a full set of pots and pans, glasses,,utensils, and more.
We have smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, internet connection and secured Wi-Fi. All you need to bring from home is your bathing suits and your own beach towels.
Parking is in front of the building with easy 1rst floor access(no need for elevator) and shared luggage carts.
Per our HOA, no animals of any kind are allowed. Evidence of such will result in possible eviction be charged against deposit due to increased cleaning fees and/or damage.
High Pointe is a 5 minute shaded stroll (2 blocks) from Rosemary Beach’s village, a 10 minute walk from Alys Beach with 20+ restaurant options all within walking distance. Panama City Beach with its fun attractions is a short 10 miles away. PLEASE NOTE: THERE MAY BE PAINTING OF THE EXTERIOR GOING ON AND OUR PRICES HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.

Beautiful property on Rosemary beach with reserved beach access, private pool, and a great view. Check in was easy with communication from the owners and property manager before we arrived. Home had everything we needed from appliances to housewares. This is our second time staying here and it won't be our last.

We had a fabulous week at this gorgeous property. A luxury beach property for sure! Furnishings and decor are beautiful and very comfortable. The owner Cory and the concierge Sean were so great to deal with. The spacious unit has amazing views of the beautiful emerald water, from the kitchen, living room and the primary BR. The unit was super clean when we arrived and had all the comforts of home. The resort is wonderful as well. Property is pristine. Huge clean pool with lots of seating and umbrellas. And a really great extra was having a beach umbrella with 2 chairs setup included with the unit rental. So nice to just walk down the beach to your set up each day. This resort is also home to Crabby Steve’s - pretty sure the only beach bar right on the beach for miles. Great drinks and food a very short walk from the unit, pool, and beach. This resort is also in a great location. Short walks to restaurants and shops in Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys beaches. And a short drive or bike ride to all the other beaches along 30A. Bikes are also included with this rental. I could go on and on …don’t hesitate to book this property!

First let me start with the positive. You can't beat the view and location. The beach and water is stunning and we could see dolphins every day from the condo. The place is stocked with everything you need for the beach. You can walk everywhere, location, location, location. I was very sad to leave.The negative, which isn't really negative but if I had to reach for something that could have been better. The information provided stated bring your own beach towels and that 2 chairs are included with the condo service at the beach. Knowing this, I stopped and bought beach towels and extra beach chairs for everyone. The condo had 5 beach towels and 2 extra beach chairs. That would have been good information ahead of time. The second bathroom wasn't very clean. The shower needed to be re-cleaned and there was dental floss on the floor. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My adult daughter took advil every morning from a backache. However, she likes a soft mattress so I guess it depends on your preference.Although the patio furniture is nice it's covered in bird waste. I'm not sure you can do anything about that because they're constantly perched out there. It was covered when we got there and only got worse so it was unusable. Our flight arrived late morning so we were excited to get in with our groceries. We didn't receive the door code at 4:00 and had to text the owner and property manager for it. That was the only communication mishap.Overall I would stay again.

This is a lovely condo in a beautiful, convenient setting. However, when my husband and I stayed here we found that this unit sleeps only one person in comfort, on the side of the master bed near the bathroom. The other side of the master and both beds in the second bedroom are ruined. I hope in the future the owners will put the renters’ comfort as a top priority and keep this unit equipped with mattresses in good condition.
