About this cottage rental
This family oriented cottage is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. A step out the porch door puts you on your way to a day of sun, fun, and the clearest waters ever. The glass enclosed sleeping porch sleeps four and is perfect for the children of the family.
This is truly a beachfront cottage. Two flights of stairs, shown in the photos end at the beach - which is perfect for beach combing and long walks!
Our cottage is available for rental Spring through Fall (March 15 - November 15).
A legacy from Old Florida, the property is close to Carillon Beach and Inlet Beach. It is a relaxing location, but near to many area attractions for those who like a more active pace. Even though you're at the quiet end of Panama City Beach you're still close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, biking, hiking, not to mention all the water fun on the gulf. To the west you're only a short drive to Scenic 30-A, home to many upscale shops and restaurants. Going east takes you to the fun spots of Panama City Beach including Pier Park for movies, restaurants and shopping. Bay Breeze Bait & Tackle is located 1.0 mile from the cottage, on Back Beach Road. Bay Breeze Adventures, Bait & Tackle can help with fishing trips and rents kayaks and paddleboards.

You can't beat the walk down the steps to the beach. Older house but it had everything we needed for a great weekend. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I often meet here. Ive also stayed here with friends. I think I've rented it about 5 times. Right on the beach! Great place. We like it better than a condo.

This was our 3rd trip to this property! We love it and any time its available when we are planning another trip to the beach, we'll book as long as they'll let us!
First, this family has always been so nice and kind to us and a pleasure to deal with. That means a lot this day in time.
The house has so much old charm, and for me it takes me back to my childhood in ways while also feeling very beachy. It's very cozy and the location is superb!! There is nothing like pulling right up to the front door of your cozy beach cottage for the week!
On this trip we enjoyed a new deck expansion, plenty of new outdoor furniture and new steps accessing the side of the cottage that has been trimmed out and pine straw laid. Which was absolutely wonderful for our fur baby. There she didn't have to worry about those little burrs and loved the shady palms. Our girly basset mix enjoys it just like home now, as it has became familiar to her over time as well.
Thank you again Santa Rosina and family for sharing your nice, clean and comfortable cottage with us for our little family vacation!! Until next time :)
