This means you will have the ENTIRE gated 3.5 acre oceanfront estate all to yourselves. Breathtaking views looking out toward Parrot Cay, sunsets are unobstructed all year and they will leave you speechless, and there are no words for the water. Jodo is on the Leeward side of the island, which means CALM waters all day, & unobstructed sunset views year round. Sandy Point will not flood out, you are assured of calm serenity!
You might not see another person on the beach the entire week !!! There is a 'state of the art' UV FIVE stage water filtration system in place = you don't have to buy bottled water or ice...this is the best on market! The finest materials were used including granite counters, marble floors, custom staircase/railings, so many luxurious amenities that blend in so uniquely with nature it creates the perfect balance that cannot be duplicated. Enjoy your own PRIVATE beach, the water, shells, nature, each other....there is no schedule here, you will not find a clock on the property. We want you to have a total experience.....Jodo means Joy & Happiness...it is a state of mind!

***** Kayaks, snorkeling gear and other water-sports are AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL during your stay from outside vendors. As with transportation we will help with details.

JoDo Estate delivered! Regine met us at the ferry landing to escort us to the property and help us get settled in. Regine was responsive throughout our stay, and was generous in helping to arrange a birthday surprise. Picture a beautiful, private beach - that's what you get. We enjoyed walking along the beach/rocks in both directions - toward Sandy Point and toward Three Mary Kay. We cooked many meals on property and found the kitchen to be well-appointed and easy to use. We used the AC in the bedroom but otherwise found the house comfortable with the windows open. Our only disappointment is that we didn't see many fish when we tried to snorkel.

Our stay at Jodi was amazing.The most relaxing, peaceful, quiet and remote beachfront estate you can imagine.The host Regine is very kind and helpful with any of your needs.The home is beautiful, clean, spacious and the views from the balcony were wonderful. The fresh water in the home is amazingly refreshing, clean and order free. We had breakfast here and barbecued our dinner 5 of the seven nights.Having the beach outside your door is incredible, we were swimming at 8:30 in the morning.Rent a car and see all the other beautiful beaches North Caicos has to offer. The water here is calm, crystal clear and the home faces west so we had a gorgeous sunset every night.No crowds, no kids, no noise, no nightclubs, just perfect.As with all Caribbean islands, bring your bug spray for the evenings.Watch as many U-Tube videos that are available about the island. The water color is exactly what you will see in person.Seven nights was not enough, hope to stay longer next time.

The absolute seclusion was amazing. The guest house was immaculate. The beach and water were stunning. Regine was readily available and responsive when needed. We had a perfect get away.
