Welcome to Gulf Shores Plantation, the ideal complex for an unforgettable family vacation! As you enter the property, you'll find a guard shack where you can obtain parking passes and any necessary information about the complex. This gated resort community offers a wide range of amenities, including tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas, and the delightful Sassy Bass restaurant for dining. You'll appreciate the private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The complex offers activities suitable for all ages, making it a perfect choice for family getaways. Plus, the renowned Kiva Dunes Golf Club and its fantastic restaurant are located just a short walk away. In addition, you're only a 15-minute drive from the numerous attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer. Please note that boats are not allowed on the property.
Inside the condo, you'll discover a comfortable and well-decorated living space with a fully equipped kitchen featuring all the necessary appliances, pots and pans, silverware, cups/glasses, and plates to prepare meals with family and friends. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player and balcony access with a side view of the beach. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The dining table comfortably seats six, and there are on-site laundry facilities for added convenience.
The owner is open to long-term rentals or snowbirds starting on August 1.
For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made prior to October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

We enjoyed it, second time to this condo but different unit this time. Main pool was closed for renovation, didn't know that was going on. Paito furniture rusted out but otherwise we had a good stay.

Location was great with private beach access. The condo was outdated but clean except sand in the floors, (before we’d even been to the beach). The couch was stained, but having read previous reviews I took a sheet to throw over it so it was fine. Appears the chair had been shampooed since previous reviews so it was fine.
The deck furniture was very rusty, so we never sat on it for fear of staining our clothes and/or falling thru the furniture.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The grill area was nice.
Not many eating places in the area, but there is a restaurant “Sassy Bass” on site, the food was good, but not the cleanest looking place.
The weather is still way too cool in March to fully enjoy the beach but we did manage to get some sun (and a bit of wind burn), for future trips in March I will be going further south. But this property was good for the money.

Couch and chair need replaced, very dirty. Had to put a blanket over both to sit.

Love this area. Slightly disappointed with unshared information. We knew the hurricane Sally did damage but we were unaware the indoor pool wasn’t available yet. Also no working spa. I should have taken more time to insure these were available. However we wanted a last minute getaway, my fault for not asking questions. I wish the pictures of the condo didn’t include unavailable amenities.
