About this house rental

Recently renovated home in the Ivy area just west of Charlottesville. Ideal for families, groups, or wedding parties. Graduation, Parents' Weekend, alumni events, concerts, athletic events, and all things UVA. Or go 20 minutes west to the Blue Ridge Parkway, numerous wineries, or the Shenandoah National Forest.

Quiet setting on 13 acres with beautiful pastoral views. Property has hot tub, basketball court, athletic field, patio and fire pit. Nearby trails for mountain biking or walking. Or enjoy the patio with cafe lights, a heater and a calming view while sipping your favorite Virginia wine and listening to whatever music suits your mood through hard-wired speakers and a bluetooth connection.

We had several friends and family members join us for a weekend of fun and celebrating a milestone birthday. The accommodations were inviting, clean, and well thought out. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, quiet atmosphere, and especially the firepit. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to make dinner for our group. Angie provided great recommendations for wineries and was easy to communicate with. We would love to come back!
