About this house rental
The Hawk's Nest Lodge @ LAKESIDE Vacation Homes is located on the peaceful east arm of beautiful Payette Lake. Guests have full use of the the lake front decks, marina, beach and restroom by the lake.
Hawk's Nest Lodge: 1850 sq. ft. 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms - sleeps 11
The Hawk's Nest Lodge was built in 1998. In 2012 we did an extensive update/remodel with new bathrooms (counters, floors, showers/tub & fixtures) , kitchen (floors, counters & fixtures), new kitchen appliances (stove w/self cleaning oven, refrigerator w/icemaker, dish washer, microwave & fixtures) and new entry floor.
We make sure that linens and towels are in great condition and replace them on a regular basis.
There is a balcony off of the Master Bedroom and the other King Bedroom.

1 king master bedroom with full bathroom
1 king bedroom
1 queen bedroom
1 queen bedroom w/twin bunk
1 queen sleeper sofa (living room)
Upper floor: has a powder room
Lower floor: has bathroom w-toilet/shower & separate vanity area
Lower floor: master bedroom & bathroom w-tub/shower & toilet w/separate vanity area
The Payette National Forest sits adjacent to LAKESIDE Vacation Homes across Eastside Dr. and is ideal for jogging, hiking, mountain biking or exploring. Guests will probably find Huckleberrys to pick for their pancakes in mid July & early August.
If you stay during the colder months there is a large rock fireplace to keep you cozy and warm.

This house is not suitable for winter stays as the stairs into house are very dangerous. Ice built up from all winter, solid ice and management has sign to use no ice melt! We actually had to sit down and slide step by step to get in. What a liability for management!
