Find yourself living like a McCall local in this newly constructed retreat featuring high-end finishings throughout, yet still capturing that nostalgic cabin feel that everyone will love. Entertaining large families or groups of friends will be a breeze with the large sofas in the living area, bar setting in the gourmet kitchen, and the accommodating dining table that will come in handy for reminiscing over a meal or playing a board game with the whole gang. After a day on the lake or a round of 18 nearby, you can unwind in the private hot tub. Or, the adults can gather in front of the gas fireplace with a glass of wine while the kiddos fall in love with the 'secret' bunk room complete with a flatscreen TV to watch favorite shows on!

There are few locations better than this in McCall, as you will be within a walking distance of a plethora of trails in Ponderosa Park (Huckleberry Loop is a local favorite) or a round of 18 at McCall Golf Course! If some lake fun is on the agenda, make your way just over a mile to the sandy shore of Payette Lake or rent a few canoes, kayaks, or paddleboards and get out on the water. Heading into town will be a great idea after a day of outdoorsy adventures, as delicious restaurants such as My Father's Place, The Sushi Bar, and Ice Cream Alley will curb appetites and sweet tooths with ease. Come winter, the skiers of the group can make the quick 12-mile drive to fresh powder at Brundage Mountain Idaho Ski Resort.

McCall is a gem whether you are from Idaho or further away. This is a nice, large home in a quiet neighborhood that was great for our group. The hot tub was a hit! The house is newer and is a nice custom built home, and the layout makes for some quiet spaces (the loft above the garage), and some noisy areas-big dining room is wonderful, but noise easily travels upstairs. Furnishings and cleanliness are not luxury. We didn't have issues with the beds as some other reviews on VRBO indicated, but we did with the dishwasher, towels, enough silverware, etc. The house needs a deep cleaning. I would rent it again if needed but my expectations would not be too high. If the price is fair, it's a good find for a large group.

My family and I had the best time at this house this weekend!! The kitchen beautiful and fully stocked, the bathrooms are gorgeous and provided soaps and things. We loved the giant garage and the loft is perfect for older kids! The neighbors were even super sweet as well! The only thing I would mention is to be aware the master bedroom was taped underneath so maybe make sure no one too heavy is sleeping on that bed, and the bed upstairs has a huge indent and is very bumpy. The other beds are comfortable and no problems there! It’s just the other two I wished I read up on more. Outside of that, the house is wonderful!

House was set up really nice and the master bedroom was very comfortable. The only down side of the entire cabin is the kitchen does not have a lot of cooking/baking supplies, pots and pans are really old and need new cookie sheets, and better towels. The towels were small and you needed multiple to take a shower. House was great, but definitely need to upgrade the kitchen supplies.
