With room for up to eight guests and two dedicated parking spaces, this retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and location in St. Augustine.
Bella Mar is a quiet, eight-unit complex perfectly situated between the beach and the Intracoastal. Step out onto the soft white sands of Crescent Beach, unwind by the community pool, or catch a brilliant sunset from the dock across the street. Wildlife sightings, ocean breezes, and the peaceful rhythm of the waves make this a true escape.
Inside, the condo is bright and modern, with updated flooring throughout—travertine tile in the living spaces and soft bamboo in the bedrooms. The living room features comfortable, sink-right-in seating, a 50" HDTV, and a year-round electric fireplace. The dining area seats six beneath elegant Murano glass lighting, with extra seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a reverse osmosis filtration system for clean drinking water and ice.
Each of the four bedrooms, along with the living room, opens onto a balcony with either ocean or Intracoastal views. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine from the hammock or balcony seating, and stay connected with free high-speed, dual-band Wi-Fi.
The primary suite includes a king-size bed, HDTV with Blu-ray streaming, balcony access, and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms feature HDTVs and lovely views.

Great property
Spacious, on the beach. Convenient to everything. Only problem was the floors were not clean

We had an amazing time at Bella Mar in Crescent Beach. The condo was perfect for 3 couples. Everyone had their own space and it was a short drive to Saint Augustine. The weather was amazing and the view from the balcony for sunrise was spectacular. The best part about this location is you get the sunrise and the sunset. The condo is equipped with everything you need.
I would definitely rent this place again!

My daughter turned 18 and wanted to attend the Heart concert, St. Augustine, FL. We were inviting her friends to come with us and needed the perfect house on the beach that would accomodate seven. Bella Mar is lovely, beautifully decorated, clean and located on the beach with private access and balcony for each of the four bedrooms. Our daughters and their friends said this was the best vacation we had ever taken and they loved the beach (especially the hammock); my husband and I agree! Thank you for helping us create a great memory we will remember forever.
