We rented the property for the view and it did not disappoint. There were a couple of maintenance issues we contacted the host about and they were quick to take care of it. It was a bit of a distance from the center of St. Augustine, but was an easy drive. The furniture was not very comfortable and the balcony furniture didn't have cushions - the beds were ok (minor things). All in all it was a great experience, I would stay there again, the view was amazing, and you are steps from the beach.

Absolutely gorgeous stay overlooking the beach! You cant beat the view from the property. Everything was wonderfully clean and the hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. This will be a place we return to

The ocean view was spectacular, unfortunately the windows had an accumulation of grime which detracted from the view. The living room furniture was broken down and uncomfortable, in need of replacement. With the exception of those two easily correctable items it was a very nice, spacious accommodation. Great location with easy access to the historical section, restaurants, grocery stores and state parks.
