This lovely condo is just steps to the beach.
We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will
have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given with check-in instructions.

Property sleeps 6 with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom & a twin trundle bed in living room. Each bedroom along with the living room has a balcony with amazing ocean views. Kitchen is fully equipped. 2 car garage. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & the Pismo Beach Pier. Fireplace, Wi-Fi and use of copier/fax machine. NO BBQs/NO PETS /NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES/NO EXCEPTIONS! *THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THIS UNIT

**Must be over the age of 25 to book this property. ID is required*
Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.
LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. We need a 24 hour notice and the fee needs to be paid at that time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
NOTE: No early check-in or late check outs from May 20th - September 3rd.

Amazing condo. Right by the beach! Perfect place for our baby 4 month old. So close to the beach so it’s easy to get back when the baby gets tired

nice big space; cheap accommodations including beds, bedding and furniture. nice to have a 2 car garage below. the noise level in the morning was incredibly loud with streetsweeper for parking lot starting at 6a followed by trash trucks with lots of noise and beeping. cheap window treatments as well which let in a lot of light in morning as soon as sun came up. very convenient location though for beach and town and watching the parking lot action on 4th of July was very entertaining.
