About this house rental
Welcome to Ocean Tides located in the heart of Pismo Beach professionally managed by SLO Vacay located at 267 Cypress. Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!
Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 8 and with an ocean view and one block from beach you can't go wrong!!
Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:
Upper Level:
*Living, Kitchen, Dining
*Primary bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite, sleeper sofa in living room
Lower Level:
*Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway
Garage size roughly 18'w x 19'd x 8'h
In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
This property does not have Air Conditioning which is common for properties in the Pismo Beach area.
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Our stay at Ocean tides was fabulous! My husband, my three kids and I were very comfortable there. The decor was airy and modern and they have all the essentials for cooking and going to the beach. The host, Megan, was very responsive and it was a smooth check in process. We would definitely do this again and highly recommend it.
