Villa Cortez gives you front row access to Pismo’s energetic pulse without any of the stress or hassle. After a day of fun in the sun, retreat to your villa through your gated entrance and private elevator for some luxurious unwinding.
The living space is equipped with a gas fireplace, theater-style viewing flat-panel television and state of the art overhead surround sound, and comfy leather sofas to sink into. All rooms are appointed with queen beds, sumptuous bedding, flat-panel televisions, and cable to accommodate individual viewing preferences. The first floor overlooks the central courtyard featuring a stone enclosed fireplace with communal seating, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or enjoying your morning coffee.
Also available for your use is a shared Barbeque area.

Fantastic unit in a fantastic location. Being able to walk to the pier was awesome especially during Thanksgiving. We ditched the turkey for Clam Chowder on the pier and it was awesome.The unit itself had everything we needed and wanted. The Spanish architecture and feel was a nice touch.

Excellent place for our all too short of a fall vacation! Pride of ownership shows with all the nice amenities this place had. Wished we could have stayed so much longer!. Perfect location too for us to walk to the beach and restaurants. Definitely we'll rent this place again!

Absolutely an unbeatable location. Very secure and comfortable home. Cleanliness of home upon our arrival left much to be desired.
