Check-In / Check-Out - *Keyless Entry*
*Guests are given a generated door lock code that will only work for the dates that are booked. Once the check-in time is available the code will then be activated to check-in.
*Check-In;
The owner is notified by the door system that the guest has arrived. No need to contact the owner. The guest is able to arrive at any time of the day after 4 pm check-in time.
*Check-Out;
When the guests are ready to depart a simple code is given for the door lock, this will notify the Owner that they have Checked Out. All codes expire at 11 am on departure day.
3 Bedrooms: Can sleep up to 6 adults (8 travelers)
(for sleeping arrangements, there are 3 Bedrooms, & a living room)

Pismo Beach is ideal for romantic getaways or family vacations where guests stay anywhere from two nights to months at a time. With our 3 bedrooms, 2 bath configurations, featuring all of the amenities of a home, dining, barbequing, steps to the beach, with an array of beach activities, dining, and shopping or venture out into the local wine country, guests will experience the very best of the Central Coast. We invite you to escape and unwind at our Pismo Beach Getaway.
Located on the same street as Sea Venture Resort and Sandcastle Hotel.
The sunny days are just perfect for the Family to get out and play in the sun. It's a great time to walk down our long Sandy Beach, take a bike ride around downtown Pismo, or spend your Family Vacation Time at the beach.

The Washer and Dryer are located in the Garage convenient for all the beach active cleanups, and for packing light. The garage also has parking for two vehicles. Which is nice for all your sand toys.
