Downstairs consists of the living area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and closet space. Kitchen is completely stocked with coffee pot, microwave, stove and all dishes and pans needed to cook your own meal. Sheets and bath towels are supplied.
Although air-conditioned throughout, the cottage rarely needs more than an opening of the numerous windows to let the summer breeze cool you. Flat screen smart TV with your streaming channels, free Wi-Fi internet access.

Joanne is a great host with very good communication. The house is cozy, and was decorated for the season with a little Christmas tree. The mini split units both upstairs and downstairs made climate control easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place, only tiny issue is getting back on the main road when traffic is busy. Everything in the home is nice!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It's perfect for two people, and we loved all the windows and the surrounding trees. The bed is very comfortable. The welcoming Christmas tree lights were a nice touch when we arrived. The cottage stayed warm despite snow and windchill temps in the low single digits. We enjoyed downtown Lewes (great restaurants), and the cold didn't deter us from exploring the beaches. Joanne is a wonderful host. We felt so at home in this cottage and definitely want to come back.

No towels, no dishwasher, no washer/dryer, no privacy. The highway sound from route 1 is constant. Very difficult to get in and out due to poor visibility and no turning lane. 1 friend visited, stayed 1 night and we had to move her car so i I could drive. I was emailed by the owner to get back to her ASAP as the people monitoring the house found there was too much coming and going, suspicious for too many people staying in the home. It was me, one friend who stayed one night. Completely creepy and inaccurate. Choose another place.
