Overall, a nice place to stay if you want ocean front views but are not overly concerned about beach access. Building has a small but rocky beach area....great for relaxing on the beach but not conducive for swimming. Most days we drove 30 minutes north to more sandy beaches. The unit had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for our beach days. Condo had construction going on during our stay but property manager was responsive to our concerns about noise. Unit is on 4th floor far from the elevator but close to stairs....if mobility is an issue this might be of concern but was not for us.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the little beach down below. This property has everything I could think of that someone would need for a stay. Beach towels, chairs, first aid kit, plenty of kichen supplies and bathroom supplies. The beds we're very comfortable. Parking was great. We never a had a problem with finding a spot. Every bedroom had its own climate control. The location was fantastic for us. The property was clean and neat.The only down side was a homeless person who came on to the beach below us and yelled for an hour till he passed out. That could have happened anywhere. Overall I would say we had a five star say.

The photos of this property look just like the real thing. The balcony literally sits above the beach so when you are sitting down, you only see the surf. When you stand up and look straight diwn, there is a sandy beach to lay on if you want to. The only issue we had was that the silverware drawer sticks and if you pull it out too far, it will come all the way out. A very minor problem. The place is wonderful and we would stay there again if we return to Kona.

The location was perfect. The condo was well stocked and had great extras like beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony and having the best view. Would highly recommend.
