Experience the serenity of the natural, high desert landscape; and appreciate the wildlife that visits you from the nearby arroyo. This property has Southwestern solitude, yet the amenities of a metropolitan city, and Albuquerque's diverse culture. From the comfort of your living room's leather recliners, you can view the Sandia Mountains; and see the entire length of the world's longest Tram. Or use the telescope or binoculars for stargazing or birdwatching. Experience the 'watermelon' sunset hues, while grilling and dining on the outdoor patio. Spend time on the swing with your children/grandchildren (when they are not enjoying the nearby playground and park). Or just relax with a margarita or cerveza.
You will be 5 minutes from the Sandia Peak Tram, and 10 minutes from the Sandia Resort & Casino (golf, dining, gambling, dancing, entertainment). The house is a sanctuary in the city with great access to Albuquerque’s activities. The hosts are enthusiastic about their knowledge of the area. The home has beautiful views of the city and mountains.

This was my second time to stay is this beautiful home. Well decorated inside and well supplied with everything one would need for a short or extended stay. Major improvements since my first stay including a renovated master bath and motion activated lights outdoors which help when taking a pet outside at night. By far the nicest home I have stayed in and hope to be coming back for years to come.

What else can be said? This place is great! Beverly is the best hostess we have had at any of our previous rentals. We will stay here again.
