The Princeville Resort is located on the beautiful north shore of Garden Island of Kauai. Surrounded by incredible beauty are the perfect backdrop for world-class golf with outstanding views and challenging play, sightseeing, and all outdoor activities like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing, tennis, horseback riding, hiking, helicopter tours, or just enjoying the outstanding beaches. Select from a wide array of gourmet restaurants and shops at the Princeville Hotel, Hanalei Bay Resort, and the Princeville Center and in the quaint town of Hanalei.

Beautiful well-equipped, Mountain View condominium located on a spectacular ocean cliff on Kauai’s pristine north shore. The condominium is tastefully furnished and has just had new tile installed through out the condo and one of the bathrooms was just redone. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with both a washer & dryer. There are beautiful mountain views with waterfalls and incredible sunsets off the lanai. Alii Kai I in the Princeville Resort is the gateway to an affordable and unforgetable Hawaiian Vacation. These condos are nice and private with good amounts of beautiful land surrounding them.

Golf: Our condo is located on the Princeville Resort, home to the beautiful Prince Course and the Makai Course.

Nearest Motorway : Kuhio Highway at 3 Miles

Princeville at Hanalei is a quality recreational resort community. The Resort is situated on the Northeast corner of the Island of Kauai, 28 miles from the main airport of Lihue and just a few minutes from the Princeville Airport. Sitting on a high plateau it is surrounded by the ocean, Hanalei Bay, and the Bali-Hai Mountains. It's 1000 acres provides the framework for several excellent golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Scattered throughout the resort are areas of dedicated parkland, private homes, several condominium groupings, two hotels, and two golf courses. No commercial activity imposes on the environment. The island itself provides much in the way of natural beauty and phenomenon. The Bali-Hai Mountains, Waimea Canyon, its beaches, the blowhole, the slippery slide, Kiluaea Lighthouse, Fern Grotto, the dry and wet caves just to mention a few.

Definitely in August, air conditioning would have been great! (It didn’t occur to me that AC was an option? Keep in mind that in Kauai it is!) but other than that, it was a gorgeous place! Gorgeous pool! Well stocked with amenities! Super clean! Stunning views! And if you are physically able and brave enough to traverse the Turtle Cave Trail, it is worth it! But be very careful! I did have to visit a local Chiropractor after due to a nasty fall!

Wonderful. I guess anywhere in the island of Kauai meets this description.Property as described; excellent. A rating of 4 (could be 3), unit was not ready until 4:00 PM in the afternoon, making for a boring and tiresome long wait.

Two big pluses. It is larger than it appears in pictures. It is across the parking lot from Turtle Cove which is one of my favorite places on the planet. Wendy probably doesn’t emphasize that feature because you are taking your life into your own hands when you visit the cove.

We had a great time in Princeville. Nice amenities and location and community. Easy check in, clean place. AC would’ve been nice but it cooled off at night

Location is excellent. Community is great; it has beautiful walking/running path, very close to Foodland. Check-in process was very easy. We were staying for 4 days. On day 3 we found notification about water issue on the door (the note said the issue should be for the evening only). On day 4, the water was completely off. Understandably it was unforeseen situation but there's no response from property management at all for any status updates whatsoever. The owner of the condo however, sent a thank you message for understanding several days after we left.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. We arrived late and after so many hours of travel, fell into comfortable beds. It was our first time to Kauai and we thought the location was fantastic. We cooked all of our meals in and found the condo had everything we needed. My reason for four stars was because I wasn’t able to use the washer, but understand things happen. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect property for us to stay at in Princeville, Kauai. We knew we would be spending limited time at the property due to all of the activities we had planned, so we didn't need to pay for all of the amenities at the pricey resorts. This property was perfect. Plenty of room, great location, clean and modern. We loved it.

Princeville was awesome. Easy check in, parking, and easy to get to Hanalei and Annini. Such a beautiful area. I love going to the pool at the end of a long hot day. It was nice having my own master and my sister got her own bathroom and bedroom. Everything was clean.

We loved our time at this location. The condo is spacious, well furnished, and clean. Our family of 4 made good use of the fold out sofa bed, and savoured our time on the lanai, taking in the view and the peaceful surroundings. Great stay!

The unit was in a secure condo association. The landscaping was beautiful and lush. The kitchen, living room, and the 2 bedrooms were beautifully designed and decorated. Not cramped at all. Also, had a new washer and dryer. We loved the cool breezes and the privacy. I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was! The roosters were beautiful!!!

We stayed two weeks in this lovely condo. It is spacious, well decorated and has all that you would need. There were multiple ceiling fans and fans available. The host responded promptly to a question we had. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the fabulous landscaping in the resort. The proximity to Hanalei was convenient. I would recommend this VRBO property.

This was our first stay in Princeville. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport but we stopped at Safeway for groceries along the way. The condo was in a nice neighborhood and getting in was easy. Parking was plentiful. There was just two of us so we had plenty of room in the two bedroom condo. The place came well stocked with everything you could need including beach towels, chairs and coolers. The beds, towels and linens were all great and we loved the storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed for making simple meals. There were a few minor things like a missing slink drain plug but overall we loved the place and would stay there again.

We stayed 10 days in Wendy’s condo, which looked exactly as pictured. The unit is not ocean front, but there is a beautiful garden/mountain view from the patio. There are many ceiling and floor/table fans throughout, keeping the temperature very comfortable in the absence of air conditioning. Pool is a short walk away, and there were rarely any other guests there. Beds are comfortable. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Alii Kai in Princeville. Check-in instructions were clear. The unit was as pictured and clean. We appreciated the beach supplies available to us. We loved waking up to the beautiful views of the mountains each morning. Such a peaceful oasis!Be aware, you will need to drive everywhere in Kauai. There is very little in walking distance of these units. There is only one road around the island, but it does not connect. Look up driving times to destinations you want to visit and be prepared for traffic. That being said, get out and explore the island, it is worth the drive!

Condo was spacious for our party of three. Clean and in a quiet neighborhood, minus the roosters. I don't believe there is any getting away from them. Newly remodeled. Plenty of parking. In December anyway. There is a lockbox & a key for the front door. I find it much more convenient to have a keyless entry. There is no air conditioning. There are plenty of fans but it gets warm in the afternoon. While super close to the ocean, the unit is not situated to catch a cross breeze. It was nice to be on the ground floor & not have to schlep luggage up stairs. We could hear the person above us but not too annoying. I would imagine, that's common in a ground floor condo. I would recommend if you are not heat sensitive.

We loved everything about this property. Very clean, lots of great amenities. The host really thought of everything. Great communication and very responsive. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, I'm pretty picky with beds and my back didn't hurt at all the entire week we were there. The grounds were beautiful and nicely manicured. Location is perfect, 15 minutes from the bay. Loved being so close to the cliffs and being able to hear the waves crashing. This condo is perfect for a family. We look forward to visiting again. .
