Amazing ocean views from lanai and bedrooms. It was nice having a washer, dryer, beach chairs and umbrella. Well kept grounds and pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return again soon.

Our stay was lengthy and so we made it our home away from home. The views from the bedrooms and lanai were stunning! That is the sole reason to rent this place. As previous reviews said, the place needs a thorough cleaning and many items need replaced or upgrades. However, everything worked fine and after an initial cleaning, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Easy in and out as well!

This condo has some decent qualities. The view is beautiful. It’s fairly outdated and there are some problems, the main bedroom shower hardly works, the dryer makes a very loud, squeaking sound which is annoying. The kitchen counters are so old you don’t want to prepare food-it’s just kind of creepy. The front door slams, so hard and so loud, it scares anyone in the vicinity. The decor is funny/odd and adds to the old feeling. BEWARE there is no AC. We did ok but had I realized before I would have rented a different place. The Lanai is nice but tiny. The coffee maker needs to be replaced, it’s tiny and the beach equipment also needs updating. We did leave a new boogie board someone gave us as well as some additional staples which are always nice! The price is great. The main bed was comfy. The sheets were kind of icky, no one I know likes black sheets. My daughter found trash behind her nightstand. This property needs some updating and a deep, deep cleaning, though it was clean enough. I think it’s the old, shabbiness is what makes it feel dirty. It has the potential to be nice. It is adequate.
