About this villa rental
Unique and very comfortable Ocean Song Villa with unobstructed spectacular ocean views. Unlike other Vacation Rental in St Kitts we designed and built 6 homes at Turtle Beach. This Villa is our favourite. We like to think of Ocean Song Villa and Charming Cottage along with our Turtle Beach Private Lounge as a "Boutique Hotel" and NOT just another Villa Rental. Designed with the natural elements in mind for very comfortable island living.
3 large bedrooms each with private en suite bathrooms, AC's and king size beds. Perfect for a family or 3 couples wanting privacy.
Fully self-contained private guest cottage also available for rent as 4th bedroom if needed. Ocean Song Villa and Cottage guests have the use of a beautiful spacious beach front lounge a few minutes walk away at the Turtle Beach Cottage. Our guests enjoy the exclusive use of the charming beach front lounge with honor bar, beach chairs, outdoor shower & washroom. The best accessible coral reef on island for snorkeling is steps away. This is also one of the best bays on island for Kite Surfing.
Situated overlooking Turtle Beach Cove on the tip of the South East Peninsula is the very peaceful and private charming Villa called, Ocean Song.
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the pelicans and frigate birds dive for their breakfast. Keep an eye out for sea turtles on the coral reef just below the villa. Enjoy Hummingbirds as they buzz around you in the mature gardens surrounding Ocean Song villa.
Have a sunset drink while relaxing on the deck by the infinity edge pool and be amazed at the outstanding unobstructed views of Ocean and Nevis in the distance. Watch the colors fade as sailing boats glide by at day’s end.
Ocean Song is a West Indian style designed villa, with clay tile floors, hard woods, natural stone, wallabal shingles, and antique bricks and tiles, and hand cut stone. The fully equipped chefs kitchen has stainless steel appliances, center island and pantry. The fully stocked kitchen has amazing Ocean views and large doors that open onto the pool deck. There is also a large window with serve through counter on one side that opens to the deck with covered outdoor dining and built in BBQ. You will not find a Villa on St Kitts quite like Ocean Song.
Ocean Song villa has antique and custom designed furnishings, original local paintings and prints, three large comfortable bedrooms all with beautiful Ocean views, two on the upper level and one on the main level, all with king-size beds, en suite bathrooms, AC and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a large private deck, walk in closet and outdoor shower with natural stone.
The main level has a large comfortable living room with built in bar and wine chiller, dining, library well stocked with a wide variety books. The living room has amazing views on three sides and large doors that open to the infinity edge pool and decks. An infinity edge pool with built in seating, large decks, guest bathroom, gazebo and built in seating and lounging area with private garden complete the outdoor space. There is also wireless internet and 60'' inch flat screen Smart TV with Cable TV and NETFLIX. The villa sits upon the hillside where the prevailing winds and ceiling fans will cool you as the waves lull you to sleep.
Ocean Song villa is situated in lush mature tropical landscaping with breathtaking unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, Nevis, Booby island and Turtle Beach. A few minutes’ walk from the villa is the beautiful Turtle Beach, which has one of the best coral reefs for snorkeling on the island. This is where our private beach front lounge is located for your use from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can snorkel, swim or relax under a shady coconut tree, and enjoy the inviting views of the reef, Booby Island and Nevis directly in front. Or beach comb the shallow pools and turtle grass beds along the shore.
The spacious private beach lounge is JUST for our guests, has a fully stocked honour Bar, beach chairs and many comfortable shady seating areas. While some beaches in St Kitts get crowded on "Cruise Ship Days" you will be able to relax AWAY FROM THE CROWDS at our private lounge on the beach.
Turtle Beach is a public beach which is not groomed by machines. Sargasso Seaweed comes and goes with the tides on Turtle Beach throughout the year.
There are many more beautiful beaches within a 5 -10 minute drive from Turtle Beach to explore on your vacation. We will send more information on request.
Cockleshell Beach is a few minutes’ drive or approx 15 minutes walk along the beach and across the dune. Reggae Beach Bar and Grill, Lion Rock and Spice Mill restaurants are all located there, where you will have your choice of beach casual or Gourmet. A wide variety of water sports are located at Cockleshell. Water Taxis to Nevis, private boat charters and deep sea fishing charters are also available from Reggae Beach bar and the Drive on car Ferry to Nevis is a 5 minute drive away at Majors Bay. The New Park Hyatt with 3 restaurants and amazing Spa are a 5 minutes drive. The beautiful Christophe Harbor Pavilion beach club/restaurant is a 5 minute drive away, open for lunch and dinner, but reservations are required. An eight minute drive will take you to the amazing Salt Plage waterfront bar with casual dining over the water. An amazing spot for sunset drinks and tapas in a casual but sophisticated style. Only open in the evenings. The Christophe Harbour Marina with Pepe's Cafe and great shopping is a fun stop 8 minutes drive away. The elegant Carambola beach restaurant is 15 minutes drive away and open for lunch and dinners.
Frigate Bay, is an 18 minute drive away where you will find The St Kitts Marriott Resort and casino, as well as a variety of restaurants, shops, health spa, fitness center and 18 hole championship golf course.
The capital Basseterre and the airport are a 30 minute drive from Ocean Song Villa.

The pre-visit information was incredible. Everything explained and so many great local recommendations. Very roomy and private! Although we were alone as a couple, it would work very well for two or three couples traveling together. Loved the location and amenities. So charming. The pool was amazing; we took full advantage. We brought a concern about the outdoor shower to our host, and it was addressed immediately. The beach lounge, honor bar, and waterside seating were a bonus! Unfortunately, the sargassum was bad during our visit, making the swimming and snorkeling at Turtle Beach impossible. However, we understand that is beyond anyone's control. Fantastic property, wonderful hosts . . . we would definitely return!

I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this place. Ricky and Penny were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to make this a vacation our crew will never forget. Their communication was absolutely top notch from booking through departure. The detailed information they provided regarding visas, rental cars, sites, activities, and restaurants was very much appreciated. The house is beautiful and well appointed. All three bedrooms in the main house have en suite full bathrooms which was perfect for our group of 6. If there are more amazing views of Nevis anywhere on St. Kitts, I’d love to see them. The views from the living area, pool, upstairs bedrooms, and multiple patios are truly postcard worthy. We didn’t utilize the beach house much on this trip, but it’s an easy 5 minute walk down the road. We’ve been back home for a couple weeks now, and not a day goes by that I don’t think about planning a return visit!

Our vacation could not have been any better. Everything about the house was perfect and as advertised. Thanks to the Ricky and Penny, who were so helpful and attentive to any questions we had. Highly recommend. We will be back!

There’s was such things that you must considerer like the beach isn’t a beach: it’s must like water proximity than a beach. The house it’s average good: but the problem it’s too many people doing nothing all the time that kills your relaxing time.
Also you hace yo decide to dead of heat because there’s no air condition or fan or dead from mosquitos if you open the windows: a great dilema.
