Villa Tres Jolie is an immaculately maintained, professionally designed, beautifully furnished, oceanfront luxury villa with all the features necessary for a perfect Caribbean stay. With nothing between you and the beautiful Caribbean sea, the breathtaking view is a private panorama of infinitely peaceful, constantly changing detail. Watch morning mists, changing wave patterns, white sailing ships, and cloud shadows dance against the stunning backdrop of sister isle, St. Kitts, while poolside, on the first-floor patio, the upstairs verandah, great room, or any bedroom. Enjoy evening cocktails and nibbles while watching sunsets as they lead into indescribable nights of magical moon shadows.
The home's interior is gracious and comfortable - Guests can choose from one of two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and verandah access. Equally enticing is the first-floor bedroom, its two walls of glass opening to the outdoors, and an onyx-tiled bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The owners, all foodies, prioritized the kitchen design, with luxury appliances large and small, unique tile and granite countertops, and, unlike most rental properties, an extensive selection of cooking supplies, utensils, and serving pieces. A full complement of premium porcelain tableware, flatware, glassware, and much more encourages gracious entertaining. The interior design, furnishings, and original artwork by notable Caribbean artists pay homage to historic Nevisian design while emphasizing comfort and convenience. Should the sea breezes be inadequate for cooling, zoned central A/C is an option. Wireless internet, cable TV, retractable screening of the ground floor and upstairs verandah, ceiling fans, Frette and Montouk linens, and countless other amenities ensure comfort and convenience.
The villa's location, in a small, private, luxury enclave, has stairs leading to a beach where you can swim or enjoy some of the best snorkeling the Island offers. Minutes away are a variety of other beautiful beaches, restaurants, and activities enabling all visitors to customize their vacation experience. For golf and spa devotees, the elegant Four Seasons resort facilities are a 10-minute drive away. For those interested in ecotourism, Nevis hosts an exceptional array of areas to explore.

We had a an exceptionally wonderful stay at Tres Jolie. Our stay was for business but we were grateful for the breathtaking views and relaxing by the pool after a hard day at work. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy for us to prepare meals. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were super comfortable. The entire villa was clean and fully stocked. Out host was personable and professional and just a text away if we needed anything. The onsite property manager was very nice and even shared local eggs with us from her farm which made for a delicious breakfast. All in all we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful place to stay. The host and manager made sure everything during the stay was perfect. Beds comfortable, kitchen well supplied with everything needed to prepare a meal, if wanted. Great location to enjoy the island life.

My wife and I stayed at the villa for a week at the beginning of November 2025. That was a very quiet time on Nevis with the busy season beginning toward the end of the month. The villa (Tres Jolie) was beautiful, well appointed, had a fantastic kitchen and the grounds were lovely to look at. The villa has a great view of St. Kitts and the water separating the islands. The location was great with several good restaurants within a 5-to-10-minute drive away. One great restaurant, Luna, was withing walking distance of the villa, but it was not open for the season yet. The villa also had a private pool which we used daily. The management team at the property helped book both a taxi and water taxi to take us to and from St. Kitts for our arrival and departure. They also helped us rent a car for our stay. We would definitely return to Nevis and would also love to stay at Tres Jolie again; it was a fantastic vacation.
