So a big wow on the location! Nothing better than having a two minute walk to the ditch plains beach on a nice level surface. (No offense to Hither Hills.) The house was very comfortable, clean, and with a spectacular view of the ocean. Morning sunrise at the front of the house and evening sunsets at the back. Sean was a gracious host and great communicator. Would love to stay in this house again.

This house was the BEST! Unreal location, and perfect house. Was right outside of town, and was super close to ocean as well, nice quiet neighborhood also. Can see the ocean from the deck, and had everything we needed. Very easy check-in and was very flexible with our group. This is a MUST if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing beach weekend.

It was an amazing space for a fall weekend away. Walking on the beach, close to town, lots of local fall activities. Highly recommend.
