for the price, it would be nice if apartment felt a bit more up to date
Location is extremely convenient - everything is very close by foot. Really spacious apartment. Parking can be provided at a cost, however it’s a bit further away from the apartment, probably around 5min by foot. If you are constantly not forgetting something in a car, you’ll be fine. Parking is in an underground unit, in a locked garage.
Smell - someone smoked heavily in the apartment or in the balcony. The sofa is covered in that and of course the whole apartment is filled with it. It’s livable though, especially with opened windows. The apartment is quite empty - no tea, coffee, sponge to quickly wash dishes or anything alike and it feels that it just lacks regular proper maintenance (empty gas tank and burnt out lighters are kind of a giveaway).
