Enjoyable stay near many interesting hikes

Alessio gave us useful info about parking and hikes & a card for free parking. A small but clean room, useful storage shelf, beautiful view. Magnificent view from the breakfast terrace. Good breakfast (coffee, juice, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, fruit, tomatoes, yoghurt, jam, delicious cakes). A short ride to Levanto.

A bit difficult junction from the mainroad to the agriturismo - but doable.

The entrance way to the property is too dangerous and narrow. The towels smelled too bad, and ants are all around.

Peaceful and quiet. Perfect getaway!

The property was amazing, Alessio is an amazing host that is very accommodating and helpful. He makes sure you know that he’s there for whatever you need.

The property is overall great. Being on the mountain is a small problem that can be solved through public transport (bus) and taxi’s.

Family-friendly accommodation with a beautiful view

It is in a beautiful place, in the middle of the nature, in a quiet place. The view was also amazing. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was also very delicious. The host was very kind, on the first day he informed us about all the tourist opportunities. We got a parking card from him that allowed us to park for free in some places in Levanto, which was a big help.

Everything was perfect for us.

Perfect experience at Agriturismo Eos!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Agriturismo Eos thanks to the hosts who were very nice and welcoming. They give you a lot of indications, the place is beautiful in the middle of the hills and we have to mention the delicious breakfast prepared every morning ! It was perfect even though the location can be hard to find when you don’t know the area and the GPS isn’t working that well😊 Thanks again we highly recommend this family place for a stay near Cinque Terre !

EVERYTHING. The views are absolutely stunning and it’s such a nice experience away from the busy town centre. It’s quiet, quaint, cosy and relaxing. I loved every second of my stay.

One tiny thing that only concerns people without a car. The last local bus back to the stay is at 6:30pm so you do miss out on the night time in town, but that being said I was so tired from exploring in the day I was more than happy to return and retire for the night early. Just a small note for travellers without a car. 😊

Excelent choice for stay

it was a great stop during our one week vacation thrpugh Itaaly. the place is very cozy, clean and ofers everything you need for a romanr tic or a stay with a family. the viw from our room waa amaising and a beautiful to wake up to. breakfast was delicious offering great Italian cheese, fruits and sweets. Coffee was great to start the day with and location perfect for visiting all interesting sites around. We have read previous reviews fro difficulties with access to location, however, the host put a lot of efforts providing information, location map and pictures to help with our arrival. we had no problems getting in and out of the property.

Superb

I can say we got the best breakfast here during our 2 weeks stay in Italy. You can have several options to pick typical a breakfast other than sweet croissant and cookies. The hosts was very friendly and helpful. You get also a parking permission to park in the downtown (free). And we also got a detailed description with a map what to see and how to get there. So we can recommend this place :)

As previously mentioned by others it is a bit challenging to drive from the road to the apartment. You need to drive on a dirt road with a quite big cliff next to it. We were there with a long car so I had to ask my girlfriend to jump out and navigate. It is not a big deal but I definitely don't want to do it many times everyday. However I need to highlight we got a great instruction how to get there (PDF doc.) and they also offered to help with the navigation in the narrow road so you should not be afraid. :)

The breakfast was really good, good choice, good coffee and cakes, Alessio was very nice in communicating before we arrived, gave us a card to park in Levanto for free in certain areas, map and good advice, Overall a very nice place and very good value for money

We stayed in a disable access room, I think and it was’t as comfortable, the toilet was very high, quite uncomfortable really

Exceptional

Very cute house, the view is so beautiful. The place is calm. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Eating the breakfast while enjoying the view was very soothing. Alessio welcomed us, he is very friendly and gave us a lot of instructions for our visit in 5 Terre. He gave us good tips too and suggested good restaurants. He is always always available when needed. I highly recommend this place! :)

A Bed and Breakfast - not a "Agro Tourismo"

Road to guest house is allmost impossibble to drive without damaging your car. Exit to mainroad is dangeous.

Amazing small guest house

A lovely room with amazing views over the mountains and down to the coast. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed . Alessio was there to greet us . He gave good instructions on how to find it as it is 100m from the road and therefore very quiet. There is a restaurant within walking distance that prides itself on serving local food and wine.

Poperty was very nice, new renovation and perfect view every breakfast from terrace.. we traveled with our 4 month old daughter and we had baby Bett at our room.. our daughter liked very much waiter Juliano and all people from Agroturismo were very friendly.. breakfast was very good, we had every morning at breakfast fresh cakes, what was Alba baking.

Entry street to property was for us really dangerous, but we stayed whole time close to bus stacion there it was no problem

Beautiful location in the hills, friendly and helpful hosts. The rooms are large and newly renovated. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Peace and quiet. There are great trekking routes to this place from Levanto and Monterosso .

A nice spot in Levanti

Alessio is one of the friendliest and accommodating people in Italy. Place is a bit off from the 5 villages..and cab is about 35euros from 6pax to train station in Monterosso, but their breakfast and hospitality more than makes up for everything.

Fantastic Stay

This property was such a pleasant surprise. We did not know what to expect, and from start to finish, everything was perfect. The hosts were incredibly sweet and accommodating. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great. And the view was outstanding. We fell asleep to church bells ringing all around us both nights and couldn’t have been happier.

Superb

This agroturismo is a special one. The rooms are located in different buildings around the small area - this was a surprise at the beginning, but charming in the end. We had a whole small house for ourselves, with small kitchen, nice bathroom and cosy bedroom. What I loved was a small terrace. The overall location is good - only 5 min by car from the train station in Levanto. Breakfast was simple, but exceptional! There was fresh fruit, cheese, ham as well as sweets. The pastry was baked by the hostess and was really delicious. Nice and friendly host&hostess. I definitely recommend this place.

The road from the main street to the house is challenging - very narrow. However, there is an option to leave the car near the bus stop and walk to the house (200m).

No indication how to get to location, very steep and narrow entrance road, damaged the body of my car when entering and leaving. No noise insulation from upper room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I have only good things to say. Very nice staff, great view and a cozy little room that feel newly renovated.

The road from the main road leading to the hotel was a bit scary but they staff came and helped us and offer guidence so it was really not a problem.
