Sea Mystique 402 is located in a quaint, four-story oceanfront complex in Garden City Beach only 300 yards from Garden City Pier. Ride the elevator to this two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the top floor, eliminating any possible noisy overhead neighbors. Sip your morning coffee on the full width balcony while enjoying the spectacular morning sunrise.
This condo features a master bedroom with queen bed, TV and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds with TV. Lighted ceiling fans in each room help keep the unit comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware, glassware, dishes and utensils. The open floor plan lets the entire family enjoy time together whether in the kitchen or living room. The dining area includes a glass-top table with seating for five. The living room offers a spectacular view of the ocean along with a sofa bed which can sleep two and a TV with BluRay/DVD. There is free WiFi internet and a telephone is available for local calls. Laundry will not be a problem since this unit has its own washer and dryer.
Linens/towels are provided and cleaning fee is $130. Maximum occupancy is six.
Memorial Day to Labor Day - Weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday.
The HOA doesn't allow trailers or motorcycles.
NO PETS allowed.
Garden City is perfect for a family vacation or romantic retreat, away from the traffic and crowds, but only 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach, full of attractions and over 100 golf courses. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Outstanding communication with the condo owner/host throughout. The condo was in great shape, very clean, and was in a wonderful location, exactly what we were looking for. Very nice furnishings. And everything we needed within. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We’ve found our spot when we come to the beach. We will be back. Thanks so much.

Had a nice stay at this condo. It was in a great location, had a wonderful beach view with beautiful sunrises. Great communication with the host and it was clean. The elevator was a plus especially being on the top floor. But it could use some updating, such as new or clean curtains in the bedroom and living space and some small other things that could make a big difference, light fixtures, etc. Be prepared, the only thing provided is one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and nothing else. No soap of any kind, hand soap, bath soap, dish soap, Kleenex, paper towels. Nothing small to get you started. If we had been told we would have known and been prepared. If you show up needing to wash your hands there’s no soap. Obviously there’s stores close by but it would have been nice to know up front. I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t at least put out a cheap roll of paper towels and hand soap in the bathroom or a small thing of dish soap. I’ve always had to buy toilet paper and paper towels before a visit is over and that’s expected. I don’t expect it to be stocked up but at least having a little soap available seems to promote a healthy sanitary space.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is great and the views from the balcony are amazing. The host checked in with us to make sure there weren’t any problems.
