Relax in this 19th floor beach getaway with two bedrooms, two full baths, plus a bunk area. This is a corner unit, with a wrap around terrace off the living room and master bedroom, it overlooks the Gulf with magnificent sunset views.
Elegant interior spaces include kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, and laundry area. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning and a large master bath with tub, double vanity, separate glass enclosed shower, and lots of closet space. Full-length windows connect you to the magic of the Gulf.
AQUA is a unique resort, direct beach front with everything you need for ALL of your guests to have a wonderful vacation. All water sport rentals, such as pontoon and jet ski rentals are nearby. You also have:
*Multiple Gulf-Front pools and common areas feature a snack bar, 2 pools, including an indoor/outdoor, hot tub, lounge chairs in sun and shade, and barbeque grills.
*WiFi access throughout the resort.
*Modern fitness facility with ocean views from every piece of equipment! Includes aromatherapy steam room.
*Air conditioned, indoor sky bridge from parking garage to building.

Great location! Very clean and smelled nice even in the hall right by the trashshute! Had a service call to replace the shower head, dishwasher and toaster, the man was nice and quick with his work. The toaster that was originally there was broken and not working properly and it was replaced right away. We will definitely be back!

Rental experience was excellent, very easy check in process,it would be nice to one of the outdoor heated, very hard to swim for exercise in the small heated pool.Very nice accomodations.Aqua

Our room was awesome. Disappointed that the lobby was closed. An elevator was being worked on every day. Mostly that we were on an end unit 19 floors up and were looking a floor down on an entire building company building a new condo. Terribly disappointing. I couldn’t sit on the balcony at all without workers looking at us. I feel like the condo should have given us a heads up so we could choose a different room. I understand that there will always be new condos going up, but it feels deceptive that we weren’t given a choice to move.
