We absolutely love our stays at AQUA... It is an annual occurrence... our favorite was sold 1901 however the one that was substituted was okay.

Aqua 1201 is a great layout and size, but the unit needs updating. The kitchen drawers are inadequately stocked with silverware and utensils. The television in the great room is far too small for such a large room. In addition, the doors on the entertainment center make viewing the TV difficult from some positions in the room. The master bedroom TV is also very small. Both of these are because the furniture that holds the TV is restricting the size and needs to be replaced. I found the master bedroom mattress very firm and the comforter set showing lots of wear. Regarding housekeeping, the blinds were very very dusty. While the unit floorplan is wonderful along with the view, I don't prefer to stay in this unit again until updates are made. I'm a regular renter at Aqua and this unit doesn't compare to many others in which their owners are keeping them more updated. The rent is costly, so I would expect the owner to keep the unit up more.
