Casa Ira Rosa is situated in the mountains of Monteverde just a few minutes walk to the world famous Monteverde Reserve. This peaceful retreat, is nestled within the misty canopy and offers a distinct log cabin feel. The house can comfortably accommodate 5 people in two queen beds and one single bed, additionally it can host two more people in sofa beds. The house is confortable for families or bigger groups, it has a well equipped kitchen, two living rooms, and plenty of space to socialize.

EXCELLENT in everyway! My husband and I have traveled extensively over the past 40 years and Casa Ira Rosa has been one of the best places we've ever stayed. The house is immaculate, everything we could need was there for us. The owner, Gabriela, was incredibly helpful giving us information about the house, the area of Monteverde and uclear directions. The house is nestled in the forest and is the last house to the entrance of Monteverde Cloud Forest Preserve. There was a place was so private and quiet, nestled in the woods and there was a for us to park just above the house. I would recommend this lovely peaceful home to anyone who likes being immersed in nature and pura vida! Thank you so much Gabriela this was a wonderful place for us.

The kitchen was equipped for cooking meals. The house was easy to find with instructions and it was not cold at night as other guests mentioned (in April). It was damp feeling but we saw there was a dehumidifier and we got that set up and it was much better. It was close to Santa Elena. We felt it was best with a rental car, which we had. It has quiet vibes at night which was nice for relaxing
