The location was excellent, right in the middle of town. Shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.The bedrooms and living room were very clean, but there were a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen and the bathroom near the kitchen. Also, the barbecue grill did not work.

Amazing location!! Walkable throughout Hood River. The perfect spot for 3 couples. We loved sitting on the deck. The kitchen table was perfect for us all to sit around and talk. The living room was great for us to watch the US open men's finals before the Sunday wedding that we were attending. We highly recommend this townhouse!!

Was very nice and modern with great access to downtown Hood River. The only surprise was the lower bedroom was a converted garage, but it was comfortable once the heater warmed it up. A nice condo, I would stay there again. PS - I'd fill in the garage door with a real wall if I was the owner.

During my stay at this property, I encountered significant issues with cleanliness and upkeep. The floors had stains (black might be mold). The shower head has black goo /mold, which was unacceptable. There were spiderwebs all over the property, we saw multiple bugs / spiders during the two night stay. It was apparent that routine maintenance has been neglected, leaving the property in a state that does not match the advertised standards. While the location is convenient and near local amenities, the lack of basic cleanliness and care diminished the overall experience. I strongly urge future guests to confirm that these issues have been addressed before booking.

We were in Hood River for a wedding with two other couples. It was a perfect space for the six of us. Thoroughly enjoyed the view from the living room and balcony. With three bedrooms and bathrooms it was great personal space as well. It was walkable to all of downtown Hood River. We found great dining options and shops. It couldn’t have worked out better!

Fun, very clean place with great architecture, a view, both fine and quirky art (NW landscape and wildlife AND UFOs). Well-stocked, great beds and linens, social kitchen/dining area. Best of all, just a few paces away from a patisserie, Saturday farmer's market, Full Sail brewing, movie theatre. 1 block from homemade ice cream at Mike's, 1-5 blocks from more restaurants, shops, bike rental. You can walk to everything, no need to hunt for parking and pay for it each time! The layout is as described, but please note that it is not suitable for people who can't handle a few flights of stairs, unless they never comevto the kitchen/LR/DR. We were three generations staying herewith an 11-year-old, a 78-year-old and teens and parents. Grandma stayed in the top bedroom/bath because it was closest to the kitchen and LR, but this still required going up and down 2 sets of stairs. The stairs are wide, good tread depth, and have rails on both sides, not treacherous at all, but it might not work for everyone. There's a really fun hideout bedroom for little kids.

Able to easily walk to downtown - and bonus storage space for the stroller in the garage area! Very clean with ample space for multiple families. Property was well laid out for our group, the stairs (3 kiddos in tow for the fam) open and numerous - we would probably pack a couple baby gates next time to block off the living room area. If we brought the kids. Overall loved it, Amy was so responsive and easy to work with - would definitely stay again!

We visit Hood River every year, and this was definitely our favorite spot! The place is very well laid out, had plenty of space for our squad of 4, and the location is ideal for walking to anything you need. We loved our stay and hope that it is available for our trip back next year!

We loved our stay. Parking in hood river during peak times can be a challenge. This unit has two parking spaces adjacent to the property at the lower level entrance. There is also parking at the kitchen entrance we used a couple of time when unloading groceries. If you are brining gear (Kite, MTB, etc.), the downstairs entrance is super convenient. The views are fantastic. Walking distance to everything (Shops, Restaurants, Event Site, River Basin). Clean and well decorated. Property manager was very responsive, I missed the check in email and she got back to me immediately with a resend. One bonus was being close to the Summer farmer's market on Saturday that is held in the parking lot next door to the unit. Fun people watching from the balcony and easy access to attend the market. Highly recommend this space.

It's a really nice place, nice floor plan, nicely furnished. Could use just a few updates...bathrooms, primarily - they're not bad by any stretch, just are showing signs of years of use. All in all, would certainly stay here again without a second thought.

Ok here's my thoughts. Pros: 1. Parking pass very convenient! Right outside the door. 2. Great great location. So many cool spots within walking distance. 3. Check in was very smooth and easy. 4. Kitchen had everything we needed but...see below. 5. Amazing views! Cons: 1. Check out instructions were pretty intense when you're paying $150 in cleaning fees. Some of it is reasonable but wiping down the fridge, range, microwave and oven? I've stayed in many short term rentals and nobody has ever asked for that before. If I knew about these check out instructions before booking, I might have reconsidered booking. We didn't end up cooking for fear of having to wipe down the whole kitchen. 2. My biggest gripe is probably that nowhere does it mention that bottom floor bedroom is converted from a garage. They make it presentable but it's still very chilly since there's no insulation with the garage door. Anytime the middle bathroom flushed or took a shower, you could hear the water running down the huge pipe in the bottom room. Just feel like if I knew about the converted bedroom going forward and was able to set my expectations, then I wouldn't show up and feel like I had been misled on purpose. 3. Bathrooms were all out of shampoo and body wash. When I told the property manager, they didn't offer solutions to restock or reimburse since extras were locked away. Just extra salty since I paid $2000+ for the booking and $1500+ for a security deposit. If I don't follow all their check out instructions, they'll deduct from my deposit, but if they forget something or misrepresent something, there's no way to get any money back. 4. Not necessarily a con but something to consider if you're traveling with older folks or children. Yes they say it's a loft but they don't tell you that it's essentially 6 half-floors or split levels. Every room is on its own floor. Just a lot of stairs to do anything and no bathroom in the kitchen or living room.

The location is perfect for walking to anywhere in downtown Hood River. Lovely to walk into town for breakfast and dinner. The townhome is also wonderful. The views of the gorge are spectacular. The place is clean and modern and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
