This beautiful Provencal Villa with amazing sea views , full air conditioned, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, offer all facilities to make your vacation unforgettable. The 4 luxurious and comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to 9 (two families, a group of friends, or a couple wanting a romantic getaway.

Only 3-5 minutes walking distance to a while sandy beach, face south, its lovely garden enjoys sun on its terraces (one covered) throughout the day and has a large selection of plants and Mediterranean flowers.
As you awake and open the balcony or terrace doors you will be greeted by blue skies.Enjoy stunning panoramic views across the Bay of Canadel and the wooded hills of the Massif des Maures.
From here it is your choice whether to relax in the private garden or splash in the nearby sandy beaches of Canadel, Pramousquier, Rayol or Cavaliere, all have ample parking, good bars/restaurants and facilities or explore the entire South Coast then you can easily visit St Tropez (20 minutes drive), Nice (2 hours drive), Monaco (2 and a half hours drive).

A bright and airy living room including internal dining area with comfortable sofa and armchairs, offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent at the beach or exploring the region, or settle and enjoy the facilities at your disposal: Wi-Fi, DVDplayer, TV with French, English and German channels.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the new kitchen fully fitted and equipped. You will taste them seated around the dining table or alfresco on your terrace enjoying the view of the sea and magnificent sunsets.

- FIRST FLOOR (living spaces)

. Living spaces, open onto a dining terrace to dine al fresco with spectacular sea views and sunsets, dining room for 8, 1 or 2 highchairs. . Unlimited free wifi, TV sat channels , DVD player.

. 2 bedrooms with either a double bed each. One has a door onto a private balcony with sea view (“Turquoise”) and the second one (“Anis”) has panoramic views of the hills, can accommodate a cot.

. Family bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC.

- GROUND FLOOR (family suite)

Downstairs there is a family suite with 2 bedrooms with connecting door, open onto terraces and garden: the master bedroom “Baroque” with a double bed, bathroom en suite (bath, separate WC) and 1 twin bed “Océane”, can be triple on request (a third single or a baby cot) or double by joining 2 singles.

. For your convenience linens and towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival with luxury percale linens and a weekly cleaning service for stays more than 1 week is offered. Beach towels provided on request for free.
