Well furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor (1 staircase required to access unit) condo in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Stay and relax in this comfortable condo overlooking Buffalo Mountain. Enjoy many outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, shopping, sight-seeing and so much more. This condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds, queen sofa sleeper and twin sofa sleeper. Maximum number of parking spaces is 2 unassigned spots. Cable TV and high speed internet included. Conveniently located close to 7 ski resorts including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek. Lake Dillon is a short 10 minute drive. Many wonderful restaurants and breweries nearby as well as supermarkets for those that want to cook in the condo. Indoor/outdoor hot tubs are just steps away from our front door. This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. If the local government receives a complaint about the renter and it contacts the Responsible Agent, the renter will be charged for the Responsible Agent's response with a cost of a $35 flat fee plus $100 per hour charged in 6-minute increments until the complaint is resolved.

Comfortable, quiet unit with nice view of Ten Mile Peak. Very well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit was a big plus for us. Nicely furnished. We will definitely stay here again if it is available on our next visit to Summit County

Check in was simple.
Unit was modern, clean and well stocked.
We got stuck on the Vail side of Continental divide due to bad weather and arrived back at our unit late. Our host extended our check out by a couple hours to accommodate us.
Stephanie is a Super host and Very quick to respond to All communications.🙏

Needed updating and more thorough cleaning, especially kitchen and bathrooms, shower and tub.
Linens and master bed room quilt were not very clean, shower curtain was filthy.
The layout of the unit was comfortable.
