Lots of room. Quiet neighborhood. Good views from both porch and balcony.

No propane in BBQ grill. Porch and balcony need better out door furniture. Dirty walls. Paint needs updating.

Fantastic place and great scenery.. definitely would go back

The location was great. The condo backs up to National Forest and so you have immediate access to hiking trails and often see wildlife from the porch or the window. The views of the mountains are great. The condo had plenty of room for us. There were 3 adults and a dog in our group. The two stories allowed us to be on different schedules as I was working early in the morning when the others wanted to sleep a little later. The neighborhood was quiet. It's about 3 1/2 miles up the mountain from the main roads. That puts you far enough from the interstate that you cannot hear it even at night on the patio. Silverthorne is a good location in that it is easy to access any of the Summit County locations plus they have easy access to decent grocery stores, restaurants and other services.

As has been mentioned in other reviews, the carpet has many stains from previous renters. The refrigerator had a couple of broken shelves. There are a few places where they need to paint some walls (like below the bar and the hallways). But, if you can look past some of those cosmetic issues, the place was clean and in good condition overall.

Refrigerator and kitchen outlets didn’t work. Called property manager and was told to use mini refrigerator in the entryway. Had to throw away food we brought. Response was “sorry”.
