About this apartment rental
Our condo is located in the Snowscape complex of Wildernest in Summit County and is very close to all major ski areas (Keystone/A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek and Loveland). We are located in a beautiful mountain setting, just steps away from National forest land.
Unlike a lot of condos in the Summit area, ours has a very spacious floor plan. The loft, accessed by a spiral staircase, gives this condo a total of 1466 square feet. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom on the main level feature queen size log beds with comfortable Doctor's Choice Hybrid Plush mattresses from Denver Mattress Co. The loft features a twin over twin bunk bed and twin over full bunk bed, plus a twin bed; all with European Pillow Top mattresses. The master bedroom has it's own full bath, a second bath on the main floor is just across from the 2nd bedroom and a third full bath is located in the loft.
Along with standard appliances, the kitchen also features a microwave, dual coffee pot (K-cups or pot), blender, crock pot, skillet and a variety of pots, pans and utensils.
There is a smart TV with Dish Network and Blu-Ray player in the living room plus a smart TV with Dish Network and DVD player in the loft. Just across the parking lot is the clubhouse which features a pool, hot tub, sauna and game room.
Our house rules include no pets and no smoking (rules apply to us too!). From our balcony you have a great view of the mountains yet access to the condo is close to Interstate 70.
We have one security camera mounted on a beam above the walkway outside the front door.

Nice property, worked well for our group

We did a ski week with 4 people.The property looked as shown in the photos, everything was clean and comfortable. The parking area was plowed every morning there was more than a dusting of snow and the roads were also plowed and salted so no trouble getting in and out. The community hot tub was a short walk across the parking lot, always hot and had plenty of room for 6.The only thing that kept me from giving an overall excellent rating was that the hot water heating system made noises when turning on that were quite noticeable in the master bedroom for several minutes and did interrupt getting to sleep a few times.

Jeff's place is fantastic. The kitchen was really well stocked. The pots and pans were brand new. Loved the coffee pot, can you make a full pot or a single cup and a plus, Jeff had a bunch of Keurig coffee pods ready to use. The water pressure in the shower was awesome.
