Our condo is ideally located in Wildernest, just minutes from Summit County's top destinations:
• Keystone & Copper Mountain ~20 minutes
• Arapahoe Basin ~25 minutes
• Breckenridge ~30 minutes
• Dillon, Frisco & Silverthorne dining, shopping, and recreation – just a short drive away
Guests enjoy access to the building's brand-new indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna facility, completed in 2026.
The free Summit Stage bus stops right outside the building and provides access throughout Summit County, including Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone, and connections to the area's ski resorts. Many guests also choose to drive a short distance to nearby transit centers and ride the free bus directly to the resorts, avoiding parking fees and winter driving concerns.
Cancellation Policy:
• 97% refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival
• 47% refund if canceled 15–29 days before arrival
• No refunds within 15 days of arrival
Please note that a 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable because it is charged by the payment processor at the time of booking and is not returned to us if a reservation is canceled.

The condo was beautiful. Big enough for 3 adults and 4 kids. Kids loved the pool table! Erich was great.

Loved it! This condo was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5. We enjoyed the views, the extra loft bedroom space, the amenities (TV options, games, books, ping pong paddles), kitchen gadgets, and ease of access. Also, it was a major bonus to us that the unit was on the top floor so we didn't hear any footsteps. The only negative was that we had to walk to the neighboring building to use the hot tub, but the property manager communicated with us ahead of time, so that was not a big deal. Thanks!
