Solo nos quedamos una noche. Las intalaciones son agradables. La habitacion comoda. el bano me parecio super lindo.

El desayuno. Si bien hay muchas opciones ya que es una carta abierta con muchas alternativas. la preparacion de la misma no cumple mis gustos. Igual podrian ser mas facil tener una estacion y que se pueda pedir huevos al gusto , mas sencillo pero mas ricos en su preparacion

I loved the pool, the staff and the location

I didn’t like that my room didn’t have a window. The sheets were changed but the bed was made everyday. And the towels I had on the floor were removed everyday as well. Not the cleanest spot, but the staff and location kind of made up for it

The room was a good size, it had a pool which was nice to use in the afternoon. There was a TV with a good amount of channels in both English and Spanish. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful and the staff is friendly.

There is supposed to be WiFi in the rooms but you can only get it in the common areas which is all outside. The humidity is awful so sitting outside to search for things is miserable. Wish there was a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.

Comfortable rooms, beautiful historic building.

The daytime reception staff need some customer support training. 2h after breakfast and after I had already checked out and planning my connection to the airport, I start feeling really sick (foodpoisoning). I told the receptionist that I might need to stay one more night, she asked me how I feel and I said I need to sit cause I had tunnelvision at that point. She didn't offer any water, advice to health care or anything like that. She just asked me to pay the room for the extra night upfront. At check out they also ask you if you consumed any snacks, and when you reply they say "wait before you leave, we have to check". So absurd, just go check first, without bothering to ask me if i need to wait 5min for this anyway. Never seen such weird folks at reception, and it's the only accommodation in Colombia this has happened to me. In all other places people have been very professional. (The cleaning lady and the night-shift receptionist were very nice and helpful though!) Also, the place had mosquitos due to the abundance or running water and lack of wind streams in the inner yard.
