The VRBO was perfectly located and within walking distance to everything in the historic district.The entrance was down an alley with rows of garage doors which felt a little uncomfortable at first, but was totally fine and well lit The place was small, clean and perfect for a long weekend. The two tiny balconies faced several neighboring backyards which didn't offer much privacy and there were no chairs to sit & standing felt a little unsafe. It was nice if you simply wanted to open for fresh air. The kitchen could use a few additional kitchen basics,non-glass plates and more than one coffee mug. Coffee for more than one day would be a nice touch. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives. If you are looking for a place to spend the night and be out during the day, this is a sweet little studio within walking distance to most everything.

Great for single or couple. Very clean and quiet studio. Be sure to locate Perry Lane, not Perry St! Local street parking was easier on Houston St.
