Nestled on the corner of Perry lane and tree-lined Houston Street, Located in Savannah's Landmark Historic District, this carriage house is located off of Crawford Square. The location of this property is one you cannot beat - Within walking distance to the River front, Savannah's Shopping District on Broughton Street, and many more venues!
Enter into the shared courtyard space off of Houston Street to gain access to your rental, and up a short-flight of stairs. Upon entering into the courtyard space you may be greeted by the neighbors friendly pup - Truly a "pet-friendly" property! Located upstairs, you will enter into the carriage house, into the kitchen packed with all of the modern amenities you could wish for. A full-size stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher have all been conveniently placed. The kitchen opens up to the main living space, that boasts with natural light on a sunny Savannah Day! A large sofa is situated across from the large Smart TV. Also located in the main living space you will find a small table for two, that can also be used as a workspace.
Semi-private to the living space, there is a divide between rooms that transition into the bedroom, where you can rest easy in a queen size bed. A full-size bathroom, with a large vanity, walk-in shower, and a stackable washer + dryer, is located just off of the bedroom!
What is Parking Like For This Home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

This apartment is wonderful for two. I have been to Savannah numerous times and have stayed throughout the historic district. I do prefer this, the East, side of town. This unit was an easy walk to any location in the city. This unit was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Second floor requires carrying everything up a flight of out door steps.

What a great place to stay when visiting Savannah. I couldn't recommend the location or the space any more highly for two people. The hosts were nice (note that you're going to be staying in their back yard essentially, as the "Perch" was built over their garage, and that is aok.) They were very nice and easy to talk with. Note: the backyard is just as pictured, and it's lovely, but it's not a space you have all to yourself. It's their back yard and where you enter and exit. There is a also a camera in their back yard and the big wooden gate makes a loud noise when you enter and leave, so I felt a little bit like kids sneaking in and out trying to be quiet, but once you get used to that minor irritation, you really can't beat this perch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would, in fact, be disappointed if it were booked if we return. Nice hosts, lovely space, very comfortable bed! One thing we would have liked was an extra blanket. The bedding was very light and a clean blanket or even a throw would be a good addition for comfort. The management company-- Lucky Savannah-- is amazing! Super thorough and professional and helpful. They let you keep your luggage at their office after you check out or before check in, and like true Savannah hosts, offer adult beverages and sodas. We were very impressed with them.
