The house is beautiful and very accessible to the stores, Heavenly, and casinos. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Not as many bed spaces as we thought. Not certain how it's supposed to sleep 11 people. The 2nd bed in the master is a pull-out couch (it is not listed as such), and there were no sheets or covers for it anywhere in the house. The portable heater in the master also was broken and so the room was a bit cold. When we pulled back the covers from the master bed, the blankets were heavily stained, which was not delightful.
The carpet in the front room was also heavily stained, but this was not as "important" to us.
There were not enough towels in the house (luckily, we brought our own), and one of the first things we did was pick up quite a bit of trash on the back porch from the last people staying there.
They did bring sheets and towels the next day, and were responsive to calls. I would say it sleeps 10 people, not more, and it should be made to know that the "bed" is a pull-out couch.
This being said, for the price, it was a good place to stay. Loved the hot water. The hot tub was nice, though it was obvious the water had not been filled/changed in a bit. A bit more TLC and this could be a nice place to stay. As it is now, bring your own sheets and blankets and hope the group that came before you cleaned after themselves.
