Late Checkout Policy:
• Standard checkout time: 10:00 am
• Late checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Fees for late checkout:
- Up to 1 hour: Complimentary (if available)
- 1–2 hours: $25
- 2–4 hours: 50% of the nightly rate
- More than 4 hours: Full additional night’s rate
- Failure to vacate by the agreed time without prior approval may result in additional charges.

Important:** Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
**Noise Monitoring:** In accordance with South Lake Tahoe vacation rental regulations, this home is equipped with an indoor noise monitoring device that measures sound levels (decibels) and alert us if noise exceeds local ordinance limits.

- The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard.
- You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.
- The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.
- Any fines, penalties, citations, or fees assessed against the property owner as a result of guest violations of occupancy, parking, noise, or other VHR regulations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in eviction without refund.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action asap, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
