About this cottage rental
Charming cozy cottage minutes walk to Davis Pond and members only beaches. Master bedroom with queen bed, guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Living room has sleeper sofa. Linens are provided. Heater in the living room.There is a screen porch with sofa and dining table and chairs. Full kitchen with gas stove, including dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom has a tub and shower. Outside there is a grill, picnic table and fire pit. Canoe on request to use on the lake. No pets and no smoking in the house.

Stuffy and 87 degrees upon arrival. However, by turning on the air conditioner in master bedroom and closing the door we had a cool bedroom. In the rest of the charming cabin we opened windows and use the kitchen fan to blow hot air out. By bedtime it was already down to79 degrees and the next morning it was a pleasant 70 degrees. We spent most of our time on the enclosed porch. Would love to return and stay longer at this very clean, well stocked piece of paradise.

We spent just two nights and it was cold and raining but we had a lovely relaxing time in the house. The screened porch is an awesome place to hang out on a rainy day.

Perfect spot. So peaceful and such a kind community. Beautiful location and an adorable NH cabin. Peggy was so sweet and got the pleasure on meeting her while we were in the neighborhood. Will definitely be staying again!
