PRIME 2025 DATES OPEN! STREET LEVEL! RIGHT ON THE SHORES OF TABLE ROCK LAKE! LOCATED ON BEAUTIFUL EMERALD POINTE ON TABLE ROCK LAKE AND JUST MINUTES FROM ALL THE ACTION OF BRANSON! Our condo is very clean and well-appointed. Located in a gated community on Tablerock Lake's beautiful Emerald Pointe. Beautifully decorated throughout; fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, full size refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, washer and dryer. Large dining area plus breakfast bar with bar stools. The screened/glassed all weather sun porch is carpeted and has patio furniture to enjoy your leisure time. We are offering a deluxe 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Our condo has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms have a dresser and/or chest and flat screen cable TV's in the living room and all 3 bedrooms; some with DVD. The master bath has a jetted tub. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, living room and glass/screened-in all-weather porch/sun room with patio furniture. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player.
Located on the shores of Table Rock lake on Emerald Pointe. We have a new swimming pool as of May of 2018 just across the parking lot on the other side of the condo. We are only 50 yards or less from Tablerock lake, but there are some trees between the condo and the lake so we are lake front but not lake view. The US Army Corp of Engineers has a $5000 fine for cutting down a tree. Emerald Pointe is also a boaters and fisherman's paradise. We are also conveniently located close to all Branson attractions including Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, shopping centers, shows, restaurants, marinas, Tablerock Lake Dam and fish hatchery to name a few. It's a great location for any of your vacation plans, there is something for everyone. This is a single unit that can be rented as a two or three bedroom, it will not be rented to more than one group at a time. PRIME DATES AVAILABLE AT GREAT RATES FOR THIS LAKEFRONT CONDO! Some dates now good with 2 night minimum. From mid June to mid August we have a 6 night minimum with check in on Saturday or Sunday. 7 night or more rentals get a 5% discount. In the summer we only book weekends when one guest checks out on a Friday and the next guest does not check in until Sunday. A signed contract/rental agreement and a VISA or MasterCard number will be required by the owner to book this condo. There is a one time cleaning fee of $110 to be left in the condo at check out, cash or check is acceptable.

We loved having a condo near Branson, but far enough away to feel like a retreat! The property was great with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths! Everyone had their own space! The balcony/sunroom was neat too!!

Sandy was very nice. My Aunt commented on how clean it was numerous times. My sister on how well it was stocked. Overall it was a great place and fit our needs.

So everything was great. I didn’t even have a problem paying an additional for the cleaning crew. However I followed the instructions that were given and did as I was told but received a call stating I didnt. I was also told to not call them about there condo anymore. I was told that they had pictures of how we supposedly left it but I never received them.
