Our condo is very clean and well appointed. Located in a gated community on Tablerock Lake's beautiful Emerald Pointe.
Beautifully decorated throughout; fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, full size refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, washer and dryer. Large dining area plus breakfast bar with bar stools. The screened/glassed all weather sun porch is carpeted and has patio furniture to enjoy your leisure time.
We are offering a large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Our condo has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms have a dresser and chest and flat screen cable TV's in the living room and both bedrooms; some with DVD. The master bedroom has a king sized Tempur-Pedic mattress. The master and the guest bath has a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, living room and glass/screened-in all-weather porch/sun room with patio furniture. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also a fireplace in the living room.
Located on the shores of Table Rock lake on Emerald Pointe. We have a new swimming pool as of May of 2018. We are only 50 yards or less from Tablerock lake, but there are some trees between the condo and the lake so we are lakefront but not lake view. The US Army Corp of Engineers has a $5000 fine for cutting down a tree. A fishing, boating, and water sports paradise. We are also conveniently located close to all Branson attractions including Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, shopping centers, shows, restaurants, marinas, Tablerock Lake Dam and fish hatchery to name a few. It's a great location for any of your vacation plans, there is something for everyone.

Most bookings good with 2 night minimum. From mid June to mid August, we rent 3-6 nights minimum, with check in and check out on Sat or Sun. In the summer, if someone checks out on a Friday and the next guest checks in on Sunday, we will rent a weekend but don't just rent weekends during the busy summer months. A signed contract/rental agreement and a VISA or MasterCard number will be required by the owner to book this condo. There is a one time cleaning fee of $100 to be left in the condo at checkout; cash or check is acceptable.

The condo was spotless and well appointed. Everything was extremely clean. The host was readily available any time we had questions. Check-in was a breeze and the entire complex is a gated community so security was a plus. Parking was readily available even on Thanksgiving weekend. Master bed slept great! The host understands the importance of a good mattress.
As to location, we were about a 10-15 minute ride to any show or attraction we wanted to visit. Close enough to enjoy everything, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle for a quiet sleep. This made a great homebase for all of our Branson adventures.
I can't say enough good things about the host, she was polite and informative when we asked advice on Branson Christmas excursions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Very noisy unit, like a cheap hotel. Housekeeping could definitely use some improvement. But I have had a good time. Just going home not well rested.
