What a condo! What a view! Bring your pet and boat, and enjoy the beautiful Ozarks!
This property has so much to offer, and we guarantee that you will not find a condo as close to the lake as these in the Emerald Pointe community. The floor plan is open, so everyone will have plenty of space to spread out and relax. If you love the water, this is the condo for you! The property is steps away from the Table Rock Lake shore, and there is an adjacent marina and a pool on-site. Inside the condo you will find all the amenities you expect in a luxury property - free wifi, incredible views, an elevator to your condo level, stainless appliances, and so much more.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to 25 lbs at this location and only one pet per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines!

- Living Area -
The living area has large windows, so you'll get to enjoy beautiful views and so much natural light in the space. There is beautiful new flooring throughout the space, and we've included a sleeper sofa (fitted with luxury linens, of course) to accommodate two extra guests. There is also a large flat screen television and several movies (including Yakov's comedy specials) for you to enjoy as well.
- Two Bedrooms -
The two bedroom suites are located on each side of the main hallway and are very quiet and private. Both bedrooms have an attached bath, and our guests tell us all the time that we have the most comfortable beds they have ever slept on. The master suite connects to a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second bedroom connects to its own standard full bath.
- Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room -
The kitchen and dining area looks out to the lake through large windows. The views are incredible in any season, and the dining room provides seating for six. There is also a breafast bar for additional seating or just a quick snack. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything to make any meal - whether you are warming something up or cooking a five-course meal. The kitchen has stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), tile floors, and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer.

The best place to start your day is on the spacious deck. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, enjoy your morning coffee, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake.The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows. Several lamps without bulbs, balcony furniture needs upgraded cushions, they are falling apart and uncomfortable. Living room furniture is also not comfortable. Bed was good and view is great

We've stayed in numerous condos in various resorts around the Branson area. This, by far, is the best we've experienced. The condo was very clean, the perfect size for our group of six, and the view of Table Rock Lake was outstanding. Both of our daughters brought a friend with them, so the four kids enjoyed the grassy area below the condo balcony to kick around a soccer ball, as well as the path to the lake. The condo was well stocked for cooking, even though we didn't, because we were only there two nights. The beds were very comfortable, and the living furniture was perfect for our group to watch tv and visit. The living room also had several games and movies for our use. The snacks on the kitchen counter were a nice surprise that most resorts do not provide.
We loved our short stay here, and will definitely be back.
