We visited Branson for softball nationals. We did not want to be in Branson but close. We were perfectly close to the lake and state park marina being less then a mile from the marina house. And between 15 and 30 minutes from everything else. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice weekend stay at this cottage. The home was 2+ Bedrooms. The 3rd was a small room fitted with bunk beds. The house was week furnished and decorated. E did not get a chance to try the pool since it was winter.
Only 2 critiques were the parking was a little odd for our unit. We had to walk along a fence to get to our front door. In addition the front room received a lot of noise from the street. There was a sound machine but that only helps so much. The management could do a little more to help be sure guests are quiet after hours.
Overall loved our stay. My family wants to come back.

For those looking for a cheap place to stay, location is great; however we would not stay again. House is very bare bones, and maybe that is what I should have expected for the cost. Everything provided was low budget quality. Towels, bedding, the pillows - awful, hand soap, shampoo, etc. I understand low budget, but cleanliness should not be impacted by price. Even after I called to let them know it wasn’t clean upon our arrival, there was still a ring in the toilets and our feet were dirty from walking around the floors. Coffee pot didn’t work. Neither did the hot water in the kitchen. What could have been such a cute home left us with a very lukewarm impression.
