- 1 small room with 2 beds of 90 (Bunk bed)
- 1 bathroom with bath + shower
- 1 shower room adjoining one of the double rooms and can be privatized
- 1 hot outdoor shower for beach returns
- 2 independent toilets
- Small laundry
- Living room very spacious and bright with sitting area, fireplace, large table that can accommodate 12 people
- Large kitchen opening onto garden with dining area
