Welcome to your perfect lakefront getaway on Smith Mountain Lake! This waterfront home offers stunning, quintessential lake views from nearly every room. The gently sloped point lot provides easy, step-free access to TWO docks and the water.
With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests (2 Kings, 1 Queen, and a Twin over Full bunk). The spacious open floor plan features cathedral ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. The attached sunroom, with wall-to-wall windows, is ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying scenic conversations.
The lower-level living area boasts a bar, pool table, and sliding glass doors leading to a lakeside patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Relax by the fire pit at the water’s edge, perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars. Each bedroom, as well as the great room and lower-level lounge, has a TV.
Additional amenities include a high chair, pack and play, board games, cornhole, and WiFi throughout. Linens are provided. A 7-night minimum stay is required in summer, with a 3-night minimum during other seasons. Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door and back patio for your safety.

This property is exactly as advertised. The house was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. We enjoyed the fire pit and hung hammocks from several trees. You may want to bring a few fold up lawn chairs as there are only 4 chairs around the fire pit. It is important to note the significant drought in the area. The lake is down 5 feet. This made accessing the lake/lower floating dock very difficult and impossible for older members of our family. (Certainly no fault of the owners for the current weather conditions.) We were lucky to be able to rent and dock a pontoon boat at the house. Communication with the owners was easy and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Lake view and location were great. House had every immenity you could need. Kim and her husband were very accessible and responsive.

The property itself was as described,Except the sliding board which was a feature, was not accessible because of water level.Smith Mountain Lake is in a drought and the water level was 6 feet lower than normal.Which meant docks were 6 feet lower than normal.We go there to swim and enjoy the docks.It was disappointing and although the water level has been down all summer, the owner did little to solve our accessibility to water until our last day.We feel like for the cost of the house, it was disappointing.And would like a partial refund of the cost.
