About this house rental

This lovely spacious home has wonderful ocean views which can be enjoyed while in the comfortable living room, dining area, kitchen, upstairs loft or from the large deck which faces the sea. Come & relax in this clean and beautifully appointed home which has full amenities, including Wi/Fi, flat screen TV's, extended cable & unlimited long distance in the U.S. There is also a well stocked DVD library. The fully outfitted kitchen allows you the option of dining at home & you don't have to call ahead to reserve a table. Our wood-burning fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere in the evenings while you enjoy watching your favorite movie, playing board games, catching up on email or just relaxing. 2 bedrooms are on the entry level of the home... the master bedroom has a California King bed and is en suite with a separate tub and shower. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed and easy access to the hall bath which has a tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom(loft) which has 2 twin size beds and 3rd bathroom are on the upstairs level of the home along with a sitting area.

Located just a short walk to the ocean in a quiet area, you will experience so many of nature's offerings. Tide pools, otters, seals, whales when in season, deer & many varieties of bird life including Blue Herons, Egrets, Hummingbirds, Wild Finches & Bluejays to name a few. The large oceanview deck is a perfect place to read a book, have a cup of coffee or glass of wine while you enjoy our famous Cambria sunsets.

You will have access to many Central Coast attractions from Cambria. Cambria itself is a charming village that features galleries, shops, a playhouse, local music and a variety of dining options, as well as a beautiful environment. Visit the elephant seal rookery, Hearst Castle and Big Sur to the North on picturesque Hwy. 1 and the Paso Robles Wine Region is a short drive to the East on Hwy 46. I hope you will visit soon.

This was the perfect escape for our small family vacation. It was so incredibly quiet and peaceful. We received all the details we needed a few days prior to our stay. Check-in was simple and easy. The home was very clean with beachy decor. Incredibly well stocked kitchen where we made several meals. The beds in the bedrooms were really comfortable. We all slept well. The best part was being able to walk down to the water and then stroll through Fiscalini Ranch. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, soap, lotion and tissue. None of us had any problem with the Internet and there is a "home" phone which was great as our phone service was iffy in that area. We saw deer walking around the property and otters playing in the water. We will definitely be back.

Excellent place to visit in the Central Coast. Lots to do and yet very peaceful. The place is clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Debbie was very attentive and making sure that the check in process went smooth. It's a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. We had great weather so it was a plus. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

This is our second time staying here and once again it was nothing short of amazing. The memories made here will stay with us forever. The communication with Deborah was clear and she was always a phone call away with anything we needed. The location was amazing. A short walk down the street and you get to the beach. The view from the deck every morning brought a sense of calmness and positivity to the day. We cooked everyday and the kitchen had all pots and pans we needed. If you plan to cook and need more than salt and pepper bring some extra seasonings. We also bbq which was another great amenity. A 5-8 minute drive gets you to downtown to local restaurants and stores to spend the day. There is also a grocery store to get any last minute things you may need as well. Very convenient. Thank you so much again Deborah for opening your home. We can’t wait to come back again.

Bathroom sinks take 2-3 minutes for hot water.not able to sit on deck as obstructed view and feeling neighbor is not happy with Vrbo renters. Dishes in cupboards were dirty. House directly below is very close. This houses deck looks down on their deck. It’s a nice house but I wouldn’t rent it again. We have rented 4 houses in this area,this is the only one I would say that about.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this charming home in Cambria. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our holiday meals. So nice each couple had their own bathroom . Walking distance to the ocean and beautiful Fiscalini Ranch. Our hostess Debbie was wonderful to work with. Got back to us immediately with any questions. We felt warmly welcomed. Bring your binoculars to look at the ocean from the loft.

Spacious and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. There's an outrageous amount of storage space in closets and dressers. Brand new deck looking towards ocean. Huge windows facing the sea. Beds, linens, creature comforts really well done. Very, very quiet neighborhood. Really nice property in a small community in the southern part of Cambria. Easy walk to the fiscalini bluff trail which is a wonderful easy walk. We were there during a significant storm that was something to behold. The ocean was up And the surf was magnificent. Property was as described and gave the family plenty of space.

We had no trouble finding this house with the accurate directions given to us. We loved the location and staying at this beautiful house was wonderful. The property manager was extremely helpful when we needed help figuring out the tv. I would stay there again in the future. We had a wonderful time! So much better than staying in a hotel!!!

Great ocean views and location close to Fiscalini Reserve was ideal for daily walks.. The house was spacious and yet cozy. It felt like a home for the 3 nights we were there. The floor plan was perfect for our group. Master with ensuite, 2nd bedroom with adjacent bath and large loft with 3rd bath were ideal. Open plan kitchen, dining and living areas also suited us very well. Lovely views from all of the many windows and the deck with outdoor dining and BBQ completed this gem of a property. Many other amenities including a 2car garage, laundry etc. We all loved it and hope to enjoy it again someday.
