About this house rental

Enjoy pine forest and ocean views from this lovely beach home that is located in a quiet area of Lodge Hill. Spacious open concept living area offers vaulted ceilings, wood floors, gas fireplace and lots of windows with comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV with extended cable and streaming capabilities. The large ocean view deck is located off the dining area and is a perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoy a meal while experiencing the beautiful Cambria sunsets. It features a table & chairs, chaise lounges and a Weber charcoal barbeque. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need including newer appliances as well as an ocean view. There is also a powder room and separate laundry room off the entry hallway.

All 3 bedrooms and the 2 full baths are located upstairs. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and a dressing table with make-up mirror. Master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a Queen size and another King bed for the 2nd & 3rd bedroom, respectively. There is also a loft area with a desk for a quiet place to work if need be. A cozy daybed & chair offers a place for a nap or is a spot for meditation or reading.

The ocean and tidepools as well as the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve are about a 15 minute walk from the house. Come and enjoy the quiet beauty of Cambria is this lovely and thoughtfully furnished beach house. . ***WE DO NOT RENT THIS HOME FOR EXTENDED STAYS(30 NIGHTS OR LONGER).

We loved that home, spacious, it was very clean and well stocked with everything. Great location. Plenty of towels, very good internet connection. TV in all bedrooms and living room a plus. If there would be something we thought would need an update are the bedsheets, and some lighter comforters for the cool nights. But all in all, we would definitely book this property again. Great house for our family to stay for a family wedding. Comfortable, well stocked and decorated well. Wedding was at Cambria Pines so was close by. Cambria is beautiful. Go see the elephant seals in San Simeon and go to the farmers market. Loved both of these. Debbie was a very gracious host.

The house was extremely clean, well stocked with every and anything you could need, and nicely decorated. Anything I needed in the kitchen was there! That is not always the case in my experience. Something is always missing at prior home rentals, a casserole dish, can opener or whisk. This kitchen literally has it all. Very impressive which makes the weekend cooking very pleasant. The beds were really cozy, I got a great sleep especially with the nice black out shades in every window. Over all A++ stay!
