Relax at the ocean side pool where you can lounge in the sun or in the shade of the covered deck or gazebo. If it’s the ocean you want, stroll down the walkway leading to the beautiful, white sandy beach just waiting for your arrival. Condo 408, better known as “Penthouse Sweet”, is a beautifully decorated condo located on the 4th floor and is easily accessed by elevator. Three bedroom, three bath, oceanfront condominium is the perfect get-a-way spot for you and your family.
The large, open living room offers plenty of seating for the whole family. The guys can catch the game on the 70" large flat panel TV with surround sound or the watch a favorite DVD with the whole family. This beautifully furnished condo also offers a great oceanfront deck with the most amazing views of the beach and ocean. Be sure to take the time to kick back on the balcony and stare out toward the ocean or catch an early morning sunrise in all its glory.
The well equipped kitchen with all major and small appliances makes it easy for even the youngest vacationer to find something to nibble on. Gather the family for a delicious meal at the spacious dining table with seating for six. You will find extra seating at the nearby counter if needed. The oceanfront, primary bedroom features the comfort of a king bed, ceiling fan, 60" flat panel TV, private balcony access and a private bath. The second bedroom offers ocean views, queen bed, ceiling fan, flat panel TV, and a private bath with a whirlpool tub and shower stall! We had a wonderful stay at the “Penthouse Sweet.” Lori and Dave were very helpful! The condo is beautiful and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the linens were great quality. We loved the views from the gorgeous living area. The condo was also very quiet and it’s located just steps off of the beach. The pool was nice and clean too.

Penthouse Sweet was exactly as pictured. The views were amazing, kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The whole family enjoyed the week .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Penthouse Sweet. The home has been renovated with beautiful touches and attention to detail. The location is great and the view of the ocean is wonderful! The owners were great to work with. Would be a great place to stay for your family.

A lovely place with a beautiful view, living room/kitchen very nice, but not very clean, closets full of their belongings, and the owners watch you using the front door camera, which should be listed on their VRBO page but was not when we booked. We mistakenly took an outdoor patio chair to the beach (our bad, we did not realize) and within ten minutes had an email from the owners telling us not to do that. Otherwise a very nice place and it was easy to communicate with the owners.
